IIRC, majordomo (the software) has a help command, so the first step
in getting an answer to this question would be to mail a message
containing just `help' to majordomo@-----.us

Note that majordomo lists are single point lists -- they're not like
the old listserv lists which you could access at any appropriately
configured node: one used to get enormous lists of esoteric subjects
if one asked a listserv server what lists it knew about...
