Regarding orchestra parts to the Grand Dou:

I assume the Shaws were referring to the Weber "Grand Duo Concertante,
Op. 48". Is there an orchestral (or even a wind band) arrangement of
that demonic piano part lurking out there somewhere (probably)? I, for
one, would also like to get my paws on such a transcription. What a
hoot!
