To add my two cents worth to the opinions of Stoltzman . . . . .

I've heard Stoltzman live four or five times and on many recordings. My
conclusion is that he has the ability to play any way he chooses to, but that
I dislike his choice of tone or vibrato about 2/3 of the time.

The other third of the time he is marvelous! I should add that these comment
apply to his classical recordings only - I haven't heard much of his jazz or
new age/pop stuff.
