I'm sure that seeing you improve is a huge amount of why your director puts
in so much time with you. However if a specialist is coming in every week to
teach you lessons then they are getting paid from somewhere as is your
director. He gets what is called a stipend which is money paid to him over
and beyond the salary. Even so this by no way compensates for the exrta time
that most directors put into their program.
