I'm finding this hard to understand. If she was in the beginning band in
the fifth grade, why was she in the beginning band again in the sixth
grade. Sounds to me as though this is a problem of organization of the
music program. I once taught in a school system which had this problem,
but it was caused in that case by the stupidity of a school administrator,
a failed football coach who decided to get into an easier and more
lucrative line of work.
