I'll say it again for the last time... My posts were about young beginners.
They don't play in the top (altissimo) register. The fingerings used
depend on the instrument, mouthpiece, reed and player combination.

Certainly, the "standard" fingerings are good up to high E, which is higher
than I have ever heard a six or seven year old play.

By the way, the "standard" Bb fingerings can work above that too. Of
course, I have about 20 different "standard" fingerings that I use for high
G, about 6 or 6 F's and F#'s about 10 G#'s about 5 or 6 A's etc.... None
of this is relevant to a six or seven year old beginner, which is what the
thread was about.
