Just thought I'd say hello to the list again. I'm back from about 6 weeks
vacation, during which time the I somehow got booted from the Klarinet,
and missed a lot of postings. Now, for the life of me, though I got
myself re-subscribed, I can't set Klarinet to digest format. Suggestions?

Also: I've lost the e-mail address of Peter Randell, a clarinetist from
Ontario, whom I met on this list. Peter, are you there?

BTW, I heard the Copland Concerto at Tanglewood (recent thread) in July,
with William Hudgins. I love that piece, and he played it well.
Especially the first movement, which so reminds of Quiet City.

I hope everyone has had a productive and happy time of it while I was
gone... I've just begun writing a song cycle for soprano, clarinet and
piano. I will, of course, let you all know about it when I'm done with
it.
