He is indeed Swiss, and I don't know for sure about Das Vierkaklavier,
but I know that his clarinet work "The Beggar's Concerto" (a wacky
avant-garde piece complete with flutter tonguing) is published by
Helvetica Amadeus (just plain Amadeus in the US), so you might try there.
