There is a French magazine entitled "Clarinette." It was published
periodically between 1984 and 1992. I'm not sure of its current status.

Also, there is a German periodical called " 'Rohrblatt ." It is subtitled
"Magazin fur Oboe, Klarinette, Fagott und Saxophon." My local library's
online catalog reports the February 1997 issue as the most recent.
