There actually are 2 sax lists. In the opinion of many people, they
should be consolidated, but the list owners have shown absolutely no
interest in this.

1. Send a message to:

majordomo@-----.edu

Leave the subject line blank, and in the first and only line of your
message, write:

subscribe rccarter_saxophone <your e-mail address>

If you have an automatically generated signature file, disable it before
sending your message.

2. Send a message to:

jelaughl@-----.edu

This is a private message to the listowner, who must then add names to the
list manually, so syntax is not important. Just tell him you want to
subscribe.
