Perhaps when you are playing piano you are losing the support from the
air and embouchure neccessary. Sometimes, you just tend to relax when
you play piano, but actually you should be working as hard as when you
are playing forte.

To be honest I'm not real sure what the problem is, but here is one
suggestion.
