Hello..

Many thanks to all of you who gave me suggestions.

I've discovered, as I suspected, that the Polatchek is readily available
in some quantity. I still don't know if it is actually "out of print,"
but I have what I need for the time being. It has been very instructive
to know of a variety of reliable resources for music. Let me add "Opus
One" in Atlanta (actually Decatur) GA..I'll provide the phone number for
anyone who needs it.
