I have a recording of this piece by Koichi Hamanaka, on Fontec CD FOCD
3209. It is subtitled "a memorial for Yshiro Irino (1980)". The liner
notes are in Japanese and I cannot read them. Hamanaka is a great
clarinettist. The music is published in Japan. I suggest you contact
the Japanese Clarinet Society if you want more information.

There are some interesting clarinet duets on the same CD.
