On my instruments this gives a slightly flat F sharp. The A flat/E flat
key is needed on the A to bring it into tune.
It seems a good idea to try out harmonics with the aim of finding new
useful fingerings for notes in this region. SOme of the unmodified
harmonics are pretty hard to play deliberately while playing normally,
though.
