MANY people experience problems from computer work. It is quite common
that operating a mouse puts strain on the wrist. Even just punching one
of the mouse buttons a lot can cause strain from the repetitive nature
of the motion. Quite often my right index finger gets a little sore in
the joint from this. Then I just use another finger for a while or
switch my mouse to left hand operation.
