Re 1): On some instruments this second trill key is pretty difficult to
hit on its own. On my B flat its touch piece is actually *below* the level
of that of the "first" key, and it's not much better on my other
instruments. I don't suppose I have the only clarinets in the world like
this ...
2): I've found this particularly useful on the E flat, but sharp on the B
flat & A; I assume you mean:-
