For Tim Grant's request for some high F fingerings:
Here is what I use a lot:1) Take Ab above the staff and add the second
trill key on the right side. Its a very strong high F. Good in leaps or
just starting on that note.
Another one is:2) the regular high F fingering plus the throat A key.
One has to take care that the forefinger of the Left hand not be lifted
too high.
