Since I haven't seen it mentioned here this time around on this thread,
I'll also mention "A Soprano On Her Head" by Eloise Ristaad (U of
Berkeley Press, I think). Also a good source of performance anxiety
strategies, and of strategies for overcoming practice block, where things
don't seem to get better despite lots of practice. Excellent reading.
