In Pamela Weston's "More Clarinet Virtuosi of the Past" (Fentone Music
Ltd.) see plate 11. Haydn Draper is included in a group portrait which
includes Janacek along with other members of an ensemble which performed
Mladi. Maybe this would be usable.
