In response to a message from Mark Charette, Don Gross recommended the
book "The Inner Game of Music," by Barry Green with Timothy Gallway.
Not only do I agree and second his recommendation, I would also suggest
Timothy Gallway's other books: "The Inner Game of Tennis," and The
Inner Game of Golf." These two books were the originals, and "The Inner
Game of Music" is patterned after them, but is directoed specifically
towards music and musicians.
