I have heard of Valerian root and these properties of it, but I know
relatively little about it. If no one else on the list has good
information, I'll be glad to do a literature search on it and let
you know what I find (I can attach to medline as a freebie - and pull
the articles by simply walking downstairs...). Let me know if you
want me to do that.
