I have been taking an herb named Valerian Root which seems to have a subtle
calming effect on my
performance jitters. It comes in liquid and capsule form and is available
in health food stores. I'm not
entirely sure if the benefit is real or psychological. Has anyone else had
any experience with this
substance or any other similar nutrients?
