Does anyone have information about an upcoming clarinet convention. I've
never attended one, but I'd like to.
One other question. Does anyone on the list know Keith Dwyer? When I was
at the Carl Fischer music store in downtown Chicago recently, I was
astounded when I saw Keith's smiling picture on the cover of a recording of
the Mozart quintet for "Music Minus One." I sat next to Keith in the
Metropolitan Youth Orchestra in 1969-70 and haven't seen him since. It
would be great to get in touch with him or, if he lives nearby, sit down
and have a Samuel Adams with him. Even back in 1969, when he was in 8th
grade, he was a fine player.
I called "Music Minus One" in New York asking about him, but they wouldn't
lift a finger to help me. If anyone has any information, I'd appreciate it.
