Mark,

I think Alan Taylor probably contacted you as a result of my alerting the
Contemporary Music-Making for Amateurs mailing list to your offer of web space
for compositions. He is a coordinator of COMA's London Composers'Forum, of
which I am a member. I also use Sibelius7 Student, so like Alan, I am unable to
export Postscript files from Sibelius. I think there is a way of doing it from
the Draw program but I do not have time to fiddle and check it out. I will
suggest to Alan that he raises this question on the Sibelius Users list.

Sibelius is a very expensive piece of software but it is an extremely fast,
very user-friendly program, which is dedicated to music publishing (as opposed
to sequencing). They have recently opened an outlet in the US because the
software has been enthusiastically taken up by the film industry. The reason
that the company sells machines is that numerous composers, conservatoires etc.
have purchased Acorn computers specifically to run this software! Initially
intended for professional publishing, it is now available (in different
versions) for colleges and elementary schools.

The Draw program has been ported to the PC (known as Oak Draw, it is
distributed by a firm called TAG Developments). If you know anyone with that
they should be able to load the Draw file, but I guess it's not very likely!

Sorry I can't be of immediate help with your translation problem.
