I was good this time; I searched on Sneezy and found the ordering
information for Immer Kleiner. The man I spoke to at Ludwig Music
evidently has had a lot of orders for this piece lately; I wonder why?

Anyway, the reason why I am ordering this is somewhat complicated. The U
of A School of Music is putting on a fundraiser benefit thing at a local
pizza/musical theater diner-type place at the end of September. Our
department head has decided that staff should be involved as well (they
always include us when there's work to be done....). Of course, he knows
I'm a clarinetist, since I am still a doctoral student (ABD), so I know my
arm will be twisted to play something. Frankly, I feel that my
professional status is already rather shaky around here, so I really would
prefer not to do it, but you know how that goes.

I figured Immer Kleiner would be a good choice, but also had in mind to do
something with my four clarinets: A, B-flat, C and E-flat. You know,
like "The Incredible Shrinking Clarinet" or something. Anybody know of
anything like that or have any suggestions? I have not heard mention of
such a piece before, and wouldn't know how to search the archives for such
an oddball request. Thanks for your input!
