Yes, I can read Sib7 files and should be able to create a PostScript version.
So should your friend, by the way.

If you let me know what resolution you'd like (300, 600 or 1200dpi) I'll give
it a go. If everything works as I think it should I'd be happy to relay
detailed instructions to your friend. I guess he'd like to know how it's done
if he ever needs to give out PS files to somebody else :)
