My daughter, who is 10 and just beginning clarinet, tried them and hated
them. The flavor did not last and they did not play well. After the
first trial, she was happy to stick to the Mitchell Lurie that I wanted
her to use. She learned very quickly that the flavor reeds are just a
gimmick.
