Kalmus edition is quite good, and so is Robert Lienau Berlin. Of course the
articulations are very subject to change.

I have Breitkopf, with Baermann's "cadenza", and I've had students get
International, edited very nicely by Reginald Kell. It's my understanding
that both Weber concerti have very problematic editions - evidently the
MS are very sketchy, and the editions based on Baermann performance
practice very heavily edited and altered from the original.
