I would like to thank everybody for their insight on the aching
something post I wrote. I guess I didn't mind my parents making me
practice for 6 hours. I mean if you really figure I would get up at 6:00
am practice till 9:00 am go do some things with my friends, and practice
then practice form 7:00 pm till 10:00 pm. Than I guess I use the rest of
my time contributing (I hope!) to this wonderful listserve. So I do have
a life is you guys must know. No matter how you look at it a Selmer
Recital is heavy, and you can get tired of playing it even for 10 min.
My inside of my lip does bother me once in a while (when practicing
altissimo), but if you guys knew me you think I could handle it. If we
didn't push our bodies or abilities once in awhile we would never push
our talents to extremes. I have accomplished many pieces in the time I
have spent on practicing. I feel kind of glad that my parents have
pushed me like they have in the things I do. I think I have made some
friends on this listserve, and I am always looking for new ones, so I
really appreciate your personal opinions on the topics. I stumbled upon
this mailing list by accident, and I think that it has been a rewarding
experience, that I will remember for along time. Clarinets and the
people who play them rule!!! Thanks for your time.

Chad
