Barnes is killer for Bass Clarinet stuff. In one piece we played at
All-State this year, Fantasy Variations on a Theme by Paganinni, there
was a variation with Contra-Bass Clarinet Solo. That section itself was
great, as was the rest of the piece!

I really don't know of any solos absoulutely for Bass Clarinet and Band,
Orchestra, or whatever. You may want to try transcribing Bassoon, Tenor
Sax, and Tuba works -- but these aren't really that abundant either.
