Several months ago, the topic of repetitive strain injuries in
musicians was brought up on the list. At that time, several
excellent books on preventing/minimizing these injuries were
mentioned - you might want to check out the archives to find those
titles. Most of them present interventions that might
reverse/minimize the pain you are having. Your physician can also
recommend more options for you - including physical therapy.
