On ya Jerry!! I personally have never even wanted to pierce either my =
nose or my
tongue, or in fact anything other than my ears (for the sake of comfortab=
ly
wearing earrings!) but that doesn't make me feel that those who *do* are =
freaks/mutants/weirdos and any other of the epithets that have been used.=
After
all, there's not a lot of difference between piercing for adornment and =
putting on
makeup! Both are ways of "dressing up" and both are reversible. Ryan's =
curiosity
about the effect on playing was a genuine one, and should be treated with=
the
respect any serious question deserves, and not be turned into an opportun=
ity for
airing personal opinions about the characters who do it.

Now I know that all sounded really angry - I'm not, but I do wish you'd =
give
enquiries a chance, before you shoot them down in flames.
