Doesn't affect it? Doesn't affect it at all? What was his staccato speed
before piercing and after piercing? Did he have a decent technique to be
affected at all? What was his staccato before? If we're talking 112, then
who cares? If it was 168 and he can still tongue 168, altissimo and piano,
then I'd say it wasn't affected. Somehow I doubt it, though.
