i agree. there is no need for any insults- it was a serious albeit out of
the ordinary question that deserves a legit response.

although i cannot speak from personal experience, i would imagine that
having one's tounge peirced would have some effect on one's playing.
whether it would be good or bad i don't know. probably not all that good.

this is actually a serious question that merits a worthy response. for all
of us who are future music educators, we will probably come across a
pierced tongue sooner or later and wouldn't it be nice to know what to do
if and when we see one? if anyone has any real insight on this topic, i
think it would be nice if you shared it with the rest of us.

by the way, i have many piercings in my ears and the only reason i haven't
moved on to my tongue is because i don't know how it would effect my
playing, but i know the holes in my ears haven't hurt a thing.
