Hello all! Before I go further, let me tell you that I have been searching
the archives on sneezy, but am having a difficult time. My boss at my
temporary office job has this clarinet, and he asked me if I could let him
know how much it is worth. It is an Evette, sponsored by Buffet, serial
number K8229. I remember seeing a posting referring to a database of serial
numbers with regard to dates, but alas, I've lost that posting. The wood is
in good condition, no cracks, no pins. It has a beautiful rich sound; it is
a little more resistant than my R13, which is 6 years old. As far as I can
tell, the only repairs it needs is for all the pads to be replaced. What
would be a reasonable price for it?
