Weber's First Concerto is probably my favorite of his pieces, though his
Op. 34 the Grasses String Quintet was my first introduction to him. I
like the Mozart Concerto too, but to me Weber seems to have a more
indepth knowledge of the clarinet itself and really uses it effectively
with the orchestra. Overall, Mozart was probably the better composer,
but Weber really new his stuff with clarinet.

Point to Ponder
There is no such thing as 'soft sell' and 'hard sell.'
There is only 'smart sell' and 'stupid sell.
