Subj: Selmer Recital barrels

I got a new Selmer Recital and it came with two barrels. One is short
and fat and one is longer and a little thinner. I'm a blonde when it
comes to barrels, so could anybody tell me what kind of effect each one
of these barrels have. I kind of feel the longer one has more
projection?
