Ricardo--

Two methods that come to mind are the complete Klose Method (published
by A. Leduc and others) and the Baermann Method (published by Carl
Fischer and others). There are many other methods--Lazarus, Magnani,
Jettel,etc., but the Klose and the Baermann are among the most widely
used.

In addition to these methods, there are many etude books that can be
used for supplemental studies such as the Rose 32 and 40 Etudes, various
etude books by Perrier, etc.
