Are you unfamiliar with the Eb Major counterpart? It is a light
and enjoyable concerto and, in my own opinion, more fun both to
play and to hear than the F minor. This bears no importance and,
opinion aside, if you haven't heard or played the Eb, take a
listen. Technically an easy piece (relative to Weber or Spohr
or any of the other more mainstream concerti), it's an easy
breath of fresh air to play and please an audience's ears.
