The complete Klose method is really a good book to have. For intermediate
players, Voxmans Selected Studies, vol. 2 is good. It has major and
harmonic minor scales in the back and the etudes parallel them. In each
key there is a slow melodic study and a quicker, more technical one. There
are also arpeggios inthe back along with chromatic scales.
