I'm not sure what qualifies as "concert band-ish", even with your
list of representative pieces, but the Crussell concerto in Eb(?)
is an enjoyable piece without all of the technical demands of
Mozart or Weber. You might take a look at the first and second
movements. Recordings of this piece are hard to come by, but
if you heard it, you might find yourself with the desire to play
it for the audition.

With that, another suggestion comes to mind: listen to some
recordings of clarinet pieces in your library's audiovisual
section and familiarize yourself with some of the more common
clarinet pieces. By listening, something might pique your
fancy and motivate you to use it for your audition.
