If you do buy the Klose', may I recommend a trick I learned a
long while back that works to keep the book in good shape?

Bring the book to your local printing company (the cheap chain ones
if available), have them slice off the binding, and put in one of
those comb bindings. The book will lay flat and the pages won't rip
as easily. I've done this to my Klose', an Arbans (one of my kids
plays trumpet. Heavy sigh :), and some reference books, and I'm
very happy with the results. I can't remember who told me about this,
or I'd be singing their praises.
