try this warm-up:

Start on Low E and play an E Major scale, doubling each note. Imagine
staccato eighth notes played at a brisk tempo:

EE F#F# G#G# AA BB C#C#....etc

when you get to the next E , go up a half step to F, then play the scale d=
own
(F major, yes you've earned the right to modulate),

...D#D# EE FF EE DD CC BbBb AA GG FF

then... you know what's next... keep going with that pattern until you get=

tired... take a little breath and try to go as high as you can...

This , to me "loosens you up". When you get done with that ... try triplet=
s.

You can even get creative and instead of scales try arpeggios.

In the high register try to imagine holding a pin and touching a piece of
paper..... that's your tongue hitting the reed.
