The passage to which you are referring is incorrectly printed in your
music. You are correct in your presumption that the dotted 16th is
followed not by 2 32nd notes, but by 2 64th notes. The same is true
for measures 33, 34, and 35 (and for both bassoons) as well as
clarinet 2 in m. 36.

For your information, the performance material for this octet has
just been released by Barenreiter as part of the NMA set of performance
parts. Since I am the editor of all the wind serenades in the
new Mozart edition, this answer is going to cost you a great deal
of money. Namely, the next time I am in Las Vegas, you are going
to have to buy me a pizza with anchovies and a bottle of beer.
