Michael,

As the one who did the first recording of this piece..... by the way with
the " boring piano version" to quote another messager..........God do I
have fingerings! They would be impossible to give over the e-mail. If you
want to FAX me your part, I'll write them in and FAX back. Sorry I did not
respond sooner to this whole mess.... I've been gone.
