I have to agree on this--I used to practice my tonguing daily as part of
my warm up routine and never had problems. My life became busy and I
started rushing through that routine and have found that my tonguing has
suffered. Recently I decided to go back to my old routine and have
found that my tonguing is already getting back to the way it was before.
That old adage "PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT" seems full of wisdom to me.
