Louis Spohr wrote 4 concerti. They are available in decent recordings by
Ernst Ottesamer and some Slovak orchestras (Naxos 8.550688 and 8.550689) for
about $6.00 each. They sounded a bit dull to me after I listened to them a
few times. I much prefer the series of Carl Stamitz concerti (I have 3
volumes so far from Tudor 739, 775 and 7004) in very nice recordings by
Eduard Brunner and the Munchener Kammerorchester. They also sound quite fun
to play.
