I don't have the music so I am not sure what the entire passage entails
but, if you have to make a quick turnaround between f''' and g''' and
can use the short fingering for f''', try:

C#/G# C#/G# Eb/Bb

(if you haven't already.)

Also, if you can't find a G that works consider alternatives for the F.
