Michael, have you tried this G4?

RT+123/4 C#/G#

It's out of tune on those horns that will play it, but can be useful as a
quick transition to and from long F. Or was it F#? I wasn't clear, I've
never been crazy enough to attempt the Tower Concerto. But if it is F#, then the equally out-of-tune fingering RT+123/45 C#/G# for that note may
help. That's about all I can think of, so good luck with it!
