Craig, we're not there yet.

Why do you want to improvise in the Mozart concerto?

What gave you the idea to do so or who has suggested this to you as
a possible avenue to explore?

What do you think the purpose of improvisation is when performing
music of this specific epoch?

Please take the time to tell us about what it is you are
trying to accomplish. I certainly don't mind discussing this
with you and pointing you in certain directions, but I need to
know where you are coming from.

How long have you been playing clarinet? What is your skill level?

If you are simply looking for a book that gives you the "Six
secrets of improvisation" you are not going to find it, and I
am hesitant to tread this path with you without knowing what
you are trying to accomplish.
